"The room had a strange smell especially when the AC wasn’t on. I think they should just get the carpet out. Also while every 2 days there’s housekeeping the cleaning is not thorough. Room 228 inside the shower is dirty you can see the black marks there. The toilet too marks on the toilet seat. The bed sheets are cleaned and bed well made. I love the ease of using the laundry room."

On one of my days there, I requested that housekeeping service my room before 3pm. Staff at front desk noted the request and promised that. When I returned to my room at 3pm it was still not done "
