Room was spotless and staff were super nice!

The hotel was great, the two ladies at the reception Lesley the manager and Miralda were excellent and helpful, there was another lady at the breakfast buffet who also was great, the breakfast buffet while simple is delicious especially the waffles. And again the staff are world class

We stayed here just one night on route up from Nashville toward a road-trip around Lake Michigan. It was cost-effective and a good location but it was a very pleasant surprise. We didn't get a chance to use the casino but the room was exceptional - it felt brand new, all the amenities were great and the bed wonderfully comfortable - would thoroughly recommend if you aren't looking to stay in the centre and need somewhere south of the city

We used the airport shuttle to get to a train for downtown Chicago. Around an hour in total but getting back took a little longer. Otherwise good hotel with good local restaurant and shopping, particularly convenient for Midway airport.

"Warm hospitality from Jose & Cindy – a mostly great 8-day stay!" I recently stayed for 8 days and wanted to highlight the fantastic hospitality from Jose (a young gentleman) and Cindy at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, both greeted me with warm smiles and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Visited this hotel as somewhere to stay during the Chicago marathon weekend. Visited with my son. Room was large with good facilities, clean and well maintained. Well located I. The Chinatown area of Chicago, good public transport links close by. Staff were all polite and helpful and breakfast was a very good start to the day. Would recommend

The staff were so helpful from the moment we arrived, they couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Being so close to the centre was brilliant and it was so quiet.

Great location, room was excellent - very clean and spacious. Had a nice walk-in wardrobe. Didn’t interact with the staff much but was pleasant at check-in.

Great stay

A fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel in an amazing city. Staff were all friendly, professional and helpful. River view suite was absolutely amazing. It made our stay perfect.
