Congress Plaza Hotel

2/10 Terrible

"Had to change rooms idk how many times. Crappy water pressure wasn’t even able to take a shower or bath my stay completely disgusted with this hotel and how they handled things. I was so stressed out I ended up having a miscarriage from being so stressed out and not finally getting to sleep at 12 am from the complete lack of adequate customer service."

"We would definitely stay here again. The location is great so much to do within walking distance. Having so many great places to eat in the area we weren't able to visit the downstairs bar/restaurant, but I heard great reviews from friends about their food and service. The room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping came quickly with extra towels when requested. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately I don't remember everyone's names. I do remember Antoine who helped us with our bags and storing them before our check in. He was Top Notch, very friendly and went out of his way to even help us with our luggage into the Uber on the way out."

"The Hilton Chicago is the best hotel I have ever been in over 45 years of traveling. The hotel is spectacularly maintained and the staff supremely helpful and concerned about the customers needs. The breakfast buffet is totally worth the cost. The location is second to none. If I wind up in Chicago again, I will be found at the Hilton Chicago."

"The shower control was loose so either as hot it can be or cold water no warm staff was told about it friday morning did not fix as of us leaving today which is Sunday. Multiple elevator issues. Buffet wss not good as usual. We like to stay st embassy when we can, but this by far my wosrt experience"
