"Property was well equipped and has fantastic views across the city from the upstairs lounge. It was very quiet at night especially considering its proximity To the main streets which were noisy with traffic earlier in the evening. Our main criticism was the very poor condition of the window catches on most of the opening windows (handles were literally falling off) and the one sofa which was quite tatty. All in all it was a very good stay - just requires some maintenance. "

"Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was the pile of trash (a couple feet high) stretching across the entire front of the building and impeding the walkway to the entrance. The floors were dirty, the beds, showers, and floors had hair and gum. "We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."
