"Loud slamming doors, dogs barking in rooms and fighting in hallways all night long. They have zero extra blankets or pillows, a kitchenette with nothing to go with it. I don’t believe our bedding was not clean upon our arrival and they had nothing to remedy. Why we didn’t leave had to do with the severe weather during our stay. "

"Where do I begin? The front desk - very nice- the bartenders- great- the room service (when they had enough staff to order) great- the guy who had to jimmy rig the hotel door to the pool - also great- door to pool was propped open with a trash can - the breakfast I paid for wasn’t an option- Buffett wasn’t available one of the days, the service in the restaurant was less than sub par. We will never stay at this property again. Bathrooms are so tiny, the rooms are dated…this place needs a facelift and more employees. Disappointed for sure! The valet guys were the amazing! "

"The hotel looks a bit old from the outside, but once I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and well maintained. It’s clear that the hotel takes good care of the property. The surrounding areas of the hotel were also well kept, and the overall atmosphere was nice and comfortable. During check-in, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. Most importantly, the price was very reasonable for the quality we received. Overall, it was a great value and a pleasant stay."
