I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. We had an early evening flight back to UK. Staff assured us that we would be looked after - luggage was stored for us and a slightly later check out was arranged. We were also...

The staff were super helpful when we arrived to check in close to mid night. We wanted to book on a tour at the last min and the team tried to arrange it for us as best as they can, and the recommended tour was well organised with excellent service as recommended. Breakfast choice suits all of us with best view from the pier. Not to mention, sunrise from the harbour view room was spectacular! Sunset from the linked first floor deck outside was great.

Couldn’t fault anything!! Beautiful place to stay, a big thank you to all the Team for making our short stay memorable and comfortable, we couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely setting and a great place to relax. The location was just what we needed whilst attending a wedding at a local venue. Fully recommended!

Very easy, good location had everything you’d need

It ticked all the boxes for an overnight stay before flying out in the morning.

Great location- stayed with club access which was a life saver when jet lagged! Allowed a chance for a quiet snack and then crashing out early in peace. Lits to do nearby, including a day trip by boat to a bird sanctuary island from near the maritime museum.

Shuttle to airport comes to the hotel door roughly every 30 mins and takes 50 mins as this is the first pickup. Hotel very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant and quality was high. Would stay here again

Lovely room with beautiful views, great location, thoughtful touches and incredible breakfast. Pip and Andy also very welcoming and informative hosts who really helped us make the most of our trip.
