We had a king room with a view of the harbor. Enjoyed watching the ferries come and go. The room was attractive and comfortable. The main room was rather small, but the bathroom was very large. The breakfast was wonderful, with a wide variety of very high quality items. The breakfast was a buffet, and the servers would bring specialty drinks like lattes.
Amazing views of the bay. The breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options. Staff were very nice. Only concern, a very large cruise ship comes every Sunday and will block your beautiful view for about 12 hours if you have a room on the east side. It is very close to the balcony so you can see right into their rooms. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very close to everything we needed, wanted to do. Great experience!
Had a great stay :) Room was really comfortable, clean with amazing view! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have been good to a have a little more cutlery in the room (I.e. side plates, knives, forks). A little ridiculous charging $15 for a movie that can be rented on prime for $7 - especially since the telly streamed it in poor quality.

The room was beautiful and clean.
The buffet breakfast had so many options and everything was divine. You can also order pancakes from their buffet menu that is included in the cost of the buffet!
We will definitely be staying here again
The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, plentiful, contained many options, and is located in a beautiful spot overlooking the harbour.
The staff was very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. They really made you feel "at home " even if home is across the world.
