Staff and rooms are amazing

As is customary with the Carlton, my experience was first class throughout; check in to checking out. As a seasoned traveller I have never returned so many times to a particular hotel but it’s hard to imagine staying anywhere else in Bangkok despite the many options available. Great credit the GM and his team.

Room was neat and tidy. Staff were helpful with any questions about the area. Bathroom was clean. Would recommend this place. Shops are few minutes of walk in the area.

Excellent hotel

This was our second stay at the hotel. Hidden amongst beautiful greenery, it is an oasis in the city of Bangkok. The staff and owner are incredibly welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The menu and food offered in the restaurant is lovely and prices are very reasonable. Both rooms we have experienced have been exceptional too. If you don't want the concrete, impersonal high rise international chains, this is the place for you. If you want to feel the Thai culture then this is the place for...

Loved the hotel. Staff were excellent especially over breakfast where they were super nice and helpful. Would def stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a super hotel! Very close to skytrain so easy to move around.

The hotel was extremely well maintained and quite recently furnished judging from the balcony edges. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. The housekeeping team is superb, they offer you housekeeping services twice a day. Had a wonderful stay, will most certainly come back again.

The staff were amazing, from the front desk, to the cleaners, to the front door staff, literally every single person in that hotel was So helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the general facilities of the hotel are all well maintained. I enjoy my stay, the hotel is close to a shopping centre and on a big strip of restaurants and bars.

We decided to book this hotel at the last minute for our final night of our 2 week holiday in Thailand. The staff in the hotel made sure we were looked after and relaxed during our stay. We had a late night flight the day we checked out and spent quite a long day at the hotel pool after we checked out. The staff went the extra mile making sure we had everything we needed. I could not rate this hotel higher, especially considering we got the room at an excellent price.
