Property was extremely clean, had fantastic staff and brilliant location. Both Aruman and Paulina were extremely helpful and went out there way to help. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. highly recommend.

We had a wonderful weekend, the sun was shining so the outdoor pool was a must. We opted for Collette's restaurant in the evening, the food was divine and attention and service first class. The grounds are amazing with lovely water features, plants and contemporary design ornaments. A great weekend in fab hotel.

Had a one night stay the hotel was clean and tidy the staff very helpful, had a meal in restaurant which was lovely but I would have liked a couple more options.breakfasts was very good parking although only a couple of minutes walk was easy enough only problem I had it would not recognise my reg no so had to put in manually on leaving

A great all round experience from early check in to the tasty cooked breakfast. Very helpful host and perfect location to explore London.

Magnificent old building and excellent value for money and view of the fact that it was in the London area. Young Barman, I think his name was Tom, incredibly welcoming and friendly

Staff were lovely as always and breakfast was lovely Would suggest having more than one pillow per person (maybe available from reception but we didn’t ask)

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ibis Borehamwood hotel!!! I am disabled and in a wheelchair,and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They carried our cases to our room,pulled out the third bed for my son for me and carries our cases to my car for ya on check out. It was my sons birthday, and the staff overheard us mention this and came out with a birthday cake for him even though we didn’t order for one,they were totally amazing and I will definitely stay here again next year!!! Stayed with my 5yo son for two nights, we got the train into London one day and drove to the Warner brothers studio the next. I had the car with me so the location was ideal, not busy and right off the M1. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, the room service food wasn’t amazing but the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice and time to get there. We swam twice in the pool which my son loved. Would stay again if we were to return to the Warner bros studio.

Lovely hotel but the superior rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. I expected by its title, a superior room, that’s what I paid for, but these are no better than a standard room in need of refurbishment. We stayed here 5 years ago and the showers have the same broken tiles with old wooden seats, dirt between the cracks of the broken tiles. There’s no excuse for this in a hotel charging these prices. We have stayed at the Shendish a couple of times before since we regularly stay in this locality in order to visit relatives. We have always enjoyed the accommodation and the food has always been of excellent quality but we have had cause to complain in the past due to the service being rather too efficient and we would have preferred a slightly more relaxed approach in the dining room. From start to finish Freya Maloy made everything so easy. She was the receptionist at the time of my check in. She very kindly organised a cak for my sons birthday. I was blown away by her kindness and her kind gesture. That is what you call customer service, going above and beyond when you don't even need to. Everywhere was clean,the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and modern and were kept clean.

We had a lovely overnight stay in one of the junior suites. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated- the only slight issue was that the windows rattled and it was an especially windy night, but a bit of card sorted that. The food in the restaurant was very good and they were very helpful with dietary requirements. We had a dip in the pool too, which is not big but perfectly formed. I would definitely recommend a get away here. Very relaxing!
