8/10 Good
"Overall, we had a very good stay at the Westin. The staff were very friendly, the rooms are nicely updated, and the amenities were great. The outdoor hot tub and heated pool were excellent, especially for my children. The location is also very convenient for skiing. They have lockers for your skis, and once you exit the locker area, it's only about a 3-minute walk to the ski lifts. My only issue is more of a personal one. I have allergies to dogs and cats, and since the hotel is pet-friendly, I found myself sneezing quite a bit in the room. This has happened during a few separate stays here. I imagine it can be difficult to completely remove pet allergens from rooms between guests. If you have significant dog or cat allergies, this is something to consider when choosing this hotel. Other than that, we've had very good experiences here. Friendly staff, updated rooms, great amenities and a very convenient location for skiing. Overall: 4/5 stars."

"Overall a nice resort with clean guest rooms and pool area but with some challenges. Stifling hot elevator with a gross funky odour that was particularly awful in the area outside the elevator on the 5th floor. The air filters in the front of the ice machine on the 5th floor are filthy and need to be cleaned or changed."
