"We had a wonderful staycation at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel!! The entire staff was amazing, from the check-in(Gary), to greeters/ helpers like Christopher, room cleaners, pool/ towel attendants, restaurant workers in the Rainbow Lanai, Aoki Teppanyaki , Doraku, valet parking, parking booth attendants…the customer service was always exemplary!! The pools(slides and jacuzzi included)and beaches were awesome! Our meals were delicious! Loved browsing/ shopping through the multitude of cute boutiques & eateries They made my 92 yr. old mom & me feel so so special and valued! Thank you for a magical 1 week of fun that we will truly cherish! Bless all of you!"

"We had a great time! Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the ocean front view was incredible! Valet parking was a small challenge as it got a little crowded when a lot of people were dropping off their cars, so there wasn't a ton of room to park, but they valet guys were quick to take charge of the car so we didn't have to sit around and wait when dropping off the car. Picking up the car was more of an issue with the other drivers not leaving very fast, but nothing against the valet team. They were awesome!"
