"Furniture is old, drawer cannot be closed. In general the facility is outdated but the room is spacious Free breakfast is good. One concern, there was an emergency evacuation at 1am on 10/19, everyone was asked to evacuate using the stairwell but my daughter is in the wheelchair which made it impossible to evacuate. We called front desk for assistance, no response. Fortunately it was a false alarm. We wonder Whats Hyatt protocol for disabled guests in case of emergency."

I saw people going down at 5 to 6 am in the morning to get a seat near the pool. Way too few beach chairs and umbrellas. We were there a week and they were already booked out for the entire week. Those were the 2 biggest negatives."
