May need a little tlc in some areas but adds to the charm. 5 minute walk to malls and abc store that serves hot food take out all day. About 6 minutes yo waikiki trolley that takes you to various places. We stayed 6 nights. 1 night there was music playing by the pool but all quiet by 8:30. Loved this hotel, our room had excellent views of diamond head.The pool area was outstanding. Beds laid out with towels ready to use, plenty of towels available to grab whenever needed.it was possible to sunbathe there all day. Decks restaurant is brilliant, great food - check out there happy hour menu. Coffee shop excellent too Beach towels & deck chairs to borrow.All the staff were exceptionally helpfull.
