"Our room was very clean. It was exactly as pictured on the website. The linens were of high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was small, and we prefer a hand-held shower head, but we made do. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We enjoyed the 5th floor amenities: a small put-put golf, large chess board, shuffleboard, ping-pong table, cornhole toss, swimming pool, and hot tub. The hot breakfast was convenient."

"We stay here every time we come to Hawaii. The staff went above and beyond. Great location and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. John and the Valet guys were helpful and knew all of the spots to go to. Room was clean and the views were majestic. Nightly entertainment by the pool was enjoyable. We’ll be back soon."

"Room isn’t very clean, but front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. They’re very grateful and awesome people. Room is with kitchen to make your homemade meals and chai tea. That’s one great thing you won’t miss your meal on time inside your room. We saved lots of dollars and time to get anywhere and the beautiful gorgeous Waikiki beach in 9 minutes"
