A lovely hotel to stay. Staffs are helpful, friendly and welcoming. Location is adjacent to everything… the beach, restaurants, shopping centers..etc. Really had a wonderful time during our stay.

Our vacation was incredible and staying at the Hyatt was amazing! It’s such a great location and the staff was super nice! It’s cozy and clean, our bed was made everyday and we had clean towels everyday. Breakfast included was so convenient. We will be back 🙂

The hotel was literally less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was actually good. If you have kids this is a great option for walkability to the beach and the zoo. My only complaint was that our room had ants near the window despite never bringing food to our room. But overall would stay again.

The hotel was great for so close to the beach. Very close to the beach, zoo and aquarium and if you book a tour, they pick up close by. As a nervous single mom of son with autism, the staff was very sweet to him and the aunties doing the lei making was amazing! Make sure to take advantage of the free rentals as well.

The hotel itself was excellent. There is still issues with the surrounding area being unkept and a little dirty. There were stains and spillages up the drive that were present for the duration of our stay and no attempt to clean or remove.

Great location. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. My main complaint was the concierge. They were basically sales people working for commission, selling over-priced tours. I paid twice as much for Pearl Harbor than I should have. Thank goodness I didn't sign up for any other tours. Concierges should be there to help guests not dupe them!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Waikiki. Check in was very smooth and the staff were all lovely. We were given two free water bottles for our stay which helped us stay hydrated. The concierge helped us with finding parking in the area as the hotel parking and the spot we originally had in mind was full. The hotel also offers a great breakfast buffet. It was also super close to Waikiki beach. I would definitely stay here again.
