"The first room we got was larger, king and queen bed, a table as well. It smelled like it was clean but the table was covered in dust and so was the end table. I was staying with my child and the room did not have a smoke detector which is required per NY state law. They changed my room to the Lushna Petite. It was cute but couldve been cleaner. Im not sure the last time it was really cleaned. Thankfully I have a cleaning business and had disinfectant just to be safe. The young receptionist was so nice! She suggested some cute local spots to go and even made my son little origami figures!!"

"I’ll start with the positive: beautiful view, the hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the breakfast was very good even though it’s not included. However, if you’re not on the top floor, you’ll hear people walking above you—the soundproofing is very poor, which really bothered me. Also, our room was facing an outdoor electric fire pit where a large, noisy family was gathered, and we could hear everything. I don’t recommend it if you’re looking for peace and quiet. "

"Everything about the establishment was great. The only exception was there was no television reception. Multiple rooms contacted the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do to rectify it. They did apologize, but blamed it on wiring that couldn’t be fixed. If you don’t need television for any reason it’s a great place to stay. "

"Our lake view was obstructed by a pool. That was regrettable, but access to the lake and available outdoor seating was pleasant. The entry to the building smelled like mildew, but that wasn't present in our room. The space was very clean and the staff were tremendously helpful. One thing that is not the hotel's fault but was a noteworthy inclusion is that my daughter has a shellfish allergy and had trouble finding food options that weren't cross contaminated. "

"Beautiful Lodge, Beautiful Area, comfortable room, friendly and informative Front End Staff. Bring your bathing suit, the indoor/outdoor pool with 3 hot tubs was fantastic. Also enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing at night. A second trip back is justified. Thank You"

"Beautiful historic building with a friendly staff and a beautiful bar area. The room and bathroom are on the small side but still comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again."

"The room was very clean and larger than I thought. The view of the lake and mountains was superb! Great balcony to sit and relax take in view. I have to say the staff was so friendly and considerate. We had breakfast it was excellent. Our waitress was a charming a lovely person. Would definitely go back."
