"We brought our vehicle and dog to Victoria and Hotel Rialto was clean, hospitable, friendly staff, spacious room, close to everything we needed. We parked at the public parkade for free 8pm to 8am, only 2 blocks away. Would stay again for sure. "

"With Q closed, the Bengal not open for lunch or a quiet late lunch as well as the Rooftop restaurant being closed for the season…it sure was bad timing for us and no alternates were provided. The hotel was wonderful but Spring Break prices for low amenities was very disappointing. We had hoped to spend more time in the hotel…just too noisy. "

"The staff were wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. Nice views and great location. I would definitely stay there again. Not sure if Vista 18 restaurant, onsite, is owned by the hotel or separate but my recommendation would be to avoid it. Two times in a row (second time was giving them one more chance), the food was sub par and the staff mixed up numerous orders and details for our table. In addition, even with the restaurant being quiet, our food too an excessive amount of time to come out. Once was dinner and once was breakfast. The food at the dinner was poorly cooked, tough stringy steak, overcooked chicken. The breakfast was mediocre. Outside of the restaurant tho, the hotel itself is wonderful! "
