"My stay at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort was very enjoyable. The one-bedroom trail suite had all the amenities needed for a family traveling with children. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a laundry unit in the suite was a big plus. The pull-out sofa in the bedroom worked well, making it comfortable for a family of four. The property was very clean, including both the rooms and common areas. Another highlight was the convenient location—it’s close to restaurants and grocery stores, which made the stay even more comfortable and hassle-free."

"The Grand is centrally located and within walking distance to most attractions in victoria making it a great choice or tourists. The hotel was clean and inviting and the front desk staff were amazing, especially Jake who made sure we were well taken care of and all our needs were met. The rooms were slightly dated, but the beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. Our room was well stocked and clean. We had a view of the harbour and downtown which i enjoyed since the city was bustling with people! The room was quiet at night even with being on the front, street facing of the hotel. The restaurant was excellent and food was top notch! The wait staff accommodated our need for quick service. Checkout was smooth and efficient. "
