"We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service after our stay. Our daughter accidentally left her favorite panda stuffed animal in our room. The housekeeping team found it, carefully packed it, and shipped it back to us. We were so grateful for their kindness and extra effort. It meant the world to our daughter and our family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate your care and look forward to staying here again in the future."
