"Very nice for a nights stay "

"Property is clean and i've stayed here several times in the past. During my recent stay, i had to have stay to accomodate the expected passing of a family member. So, there was a newd for me to extend my stay beyond my initial reservation. After extending my stay at the front desk, i realized that the room rate for the extension signifiantly exceeded the previous day rate as well as current day rate on hotels.com. When i requested an adjustment to the rate or cancellation of my reservation, i was told no and that it was "my fault" that i booked at the higher rate. At the least, i could have been advised that the room rate was signifiantly different then my previous night stay along with other preferential rate offerings. At the very least, very poor customer service that will result in me switching to a different property after today along with no intention to visit Denizen properties in the future. "

"We had a spill and when I cleaned it up the rag was filthy. Don't use the bathroom because there's no soap to wash your hands. There's only a small tube of shampoo for two people. There's no soap to wash dishes either. Speaking of dishes, there's a kitchenette but nothing to cook with. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, just a microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer."

"We have stayed at this location many times - it is clean but needs attention - the floors are sloping, which is concerning. This is not the first time we have been in a room where the floors slope. All in all good place, clean. Just needs some upkeep attention. The bar is pretty"

"Room was okay. The microwave was very outdated and ragged unable to use. The grounds aren’t safe for families or with kids - lots of construction workers there and truckers come there they sit outside and smoke and drink. It’s not suitable for children; it seems unsafe."

"The young lady working when we arrived was very nice,helpful and informative. We were assigned room 310 for a one night stay. The sofa in this room was beyond dirty. We had to get a sheet from the extra linen bag and put over it before sitting down. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. It was an extremely busy time with a lot of very loud kids, this they have no control over. "
