"The hotel was clean and nice overall. However, I nearly ran into the front glass automatic door several times because it didn't open until you were basically touching the glass and stood there for a couple of seconds. Sensor has problems. Second, I found a pair of underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom drawer on our first night. Third, on our second day at 10am, we were in the room painting our daughters' nails and with facial masks on, when a staff member just walked into our room. No knocking, just walked in. She started speaking in Spanish to us, and we had no idea what she was saying. Instead of leaving when she saw we were still in the room, she stood there for a few minutes continuing to speak Spanish even though I communicated we didn't understand her and also that checkout was not until 12. Since she wasn't leaving I called down to the front desk, at which point the lady finally started making her way out the door. I confirmed with the front desk staff that checkout was at 12. The girl was dismissive rather than apologetic saying "you're fine, she probably just wanted to see if you checked out." Absolutely inexcusable all around to walk into a guest room, refuse to leave while speaking a foreign language. Terrible staff that needs more training on customer service as well as English."

"Do not stay at this hotel I would give zero stars if it were an option. I would give the room cleanliness zero stars, and if I could add the pictures that I have, no one would ever stay at this hotel again the hotel is falling apart, and the manager Dustin and AJ, both disrespected my personal privacy, my personal space. I was threatened and suffered emotional abuse while I was there with my autistic son. This was the worst display of behavior that I’ve ever been a part of the room had roaches other bugs some sort of larva not one surface in our room had been cleaned. the sheets were not cleaned. They were hairs on the covers and stains. The holes in the towels, mold and mildew around the tub and all areas the shower would not drain and the stopper was broken. There was mold and disgusting black slime around the drain hole for the shower and the bathtub utterly disgusting. I wouldn’t be surprised if there weren’t bedbugs. Definitely an unsafe place for women and children. I highly suggest that no one stay there ever. The door had been kicked in. Nothing worked in the room and again not one surface on the room was wiped down or had been cleaned when moved to a second room the same thing the manager Dustin actually came to the room with me and looked at the disgusting filth in the room and moved me to another room. When he went to show me that room there was hair in the bathtub and it was still dirty. The maids were called in to clean the room before we moved into it."

"My room had a burn mark on the counter, the fan vent was falling off, the lights flickered in the bathroom when turning off, and I think there was mold growing in the air conditioner. The highway made the room super loud on top of the noise coming from inside the hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was really friendly. The surrounding area was useful, meaning shopping was nearby and eateries. The rooms were clean, except the body wash was empty. But I bought my own, just in case. The area was quiet. I like it most because, it was near my son's residential rehab facility in Anna, so I was really happy about that. Because, in past I stayed in Allen or Mckinney or with an relative in Allen. I will stay there again and maybe try the breakfast next time."
