"Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and professional but the entire interior/exterior of the hotel feels very dated and in need of renovation, which immediately affected the overall impression. One of the biggest challenges was the lack of dining options. There were no restaurants within walking distance, and the hotel’s own restaurant was closed during my stay. The only food available on-site consisted of unhealthy snack options. When I asked for alternatives, a staff member suggested ordering takeout through Uber Eats or DoorDash, which still limited choices mostly to fast food like pizza. In the morning, there was no fresh coffee available in a common area, only a basic in-room coffee machine with powdered creamer, which didn’t feel like an adequate substitute. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout my stay, and the window could not be opened to let in fresh air, which made the situation worse. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially in terms of comfort and basic amenities. They did have a free shuttle to the airport which was very convenient."

"This is an older hotel, but the rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff were exceptional. We checked in late and the front desk staff was professional and kind. I would definitely stay here again with my family based off of the services from housekeeping and front desk, overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the restaurant was delicious."
