"I wouldn’t put a dog in this hotel. The rooms are in poor condition, the bed is like a mortuary slab with a cheap topper and they seem to have found some innovative techniques for bed sheets that involve processing fibreglass into thin off white sheets. Other guests on my floor were running some sort of door slamming competition until 3am on all three nights I stayed. When you mention this to the reception staff they look at you like you’ve just handed them some particularly complex maths homework before shrugging their shoulders and sitting back down. Will not be back"

"Excellent location for the train to Paris (40mins) or Disney (15mins). 5 min walk to the Torcy train station. Based behind a small entertainment complex (few restaurants, a subway, pharmacy, cinema). Emailed re an upgrade a few days before and no response from the hotel. Check in was easy, room was basic but clean, bathroom was nice. No English channels on the (small) tv. WiFi was good, though didn’t use it much. Evenings walking back from the train station at 10-11.30pm were mainly still busy and felt safe enough walking through the entertainment complex (people still milling about, people still in the restaurants) however one night (a Monday) when it was 11.30pm getting off the train it was very quiet and the odd person just wandering about so didn’t seem that safe? Nothing happened, just be wary that the area might be quiet if walking back alone, as I was. Top tip- buy water or soft drinks from the spar just outside the train station before going to Disney - 50c for a water, €1.50 for a bottle of Diet Coke compared with €4-6 at Disney."

"Check in staff were brilliant, we arrived very early 9am, but we were able to check-in and were upgraded. Appt although clean, is very tired, shower head and make-up mirror would not stay secure, kept flopping down, cupboard doors hanging off their hinges, in the kitchen/livingroom area, dishwasher worked, but the tray/basket for the dishes sat on the spray bar, so it was useless, beds were comfortable, but again cupboards and wardrobe doors, were lose or difficult to use, we didnt have breakfast at the hotel, so unable to comment. If your looking for a cheap appt hotel, its fine, and I would definitely use again, but you get what you pay for."

"Suite was dated and in need of some repairs. Clean and tidy. Refreshments replenished daily. Turn down service for sofa bed Tried room service on two occasions and could not get an answer. When checking with receptionist I had details correct they simply said ‘maybe they were busy with another guest’ Service in hotel bar for food was very slow Spa was ok. More lifts needed as we were constantly waiting on a lift. Would not stay again. Expensive and expected better service for the price."

"Really lovely apartment, had everything we needed. Stayed with my daughter for Disney trip. Was excellent location near the RER train station. Staff were friendly. The swimming pool is small but was good facility to offer and we used a couple times. Great restaurants nearby and also Val d'Europe shopping centre and sealife which we went to on a downtime day. We would definitely stay again and I'd highly recommend to anyone especially those going to Disneyland Paris"
