Excellent staff. Very attentive and helpful

Highly recommended. Extremely helpful staff, very comfortable room and the grounds and garden are beautiful. There is a large pool and lots of places to relax in the gardens and several different restaurants to choose from. The airport transfer service was also excellent and waited for me despite my flight being very late.

The room was very clean

Wonderful Colonial feel City Hotel yet situated next to a park. Rooms are spacious with large walk in showers and Elemis products. Several restaurants. Excellent service throughout. Great food and cocktails. What makes this hotel so special is the outside area. HUGE outdoor heated pool, like stepping into a bath with plenty of sunbeds and seating areas around the pool. It is my go to hotel in Nairobi. Great place to chill out and relax.

Lovely stay from the moment I arrived. Great location - close to town but felt very safe, set back from road on a little hill, and loved the little waterfalls. Hot hand towel and drink at check-in, lots of help with money exchange, planning excursion, etc. Room was super-clean and flooded with sunshine. Beautifully clean sheets and comfy bed - slept very well. Loved the balcony, though would be better with some furniture - I kept having to drag out the chair from inside room. Enjoyed the pool...

An excellent stay. Nice clean rooms with mosquito nets. Good WiFi. Restaurant was great- food at breakfast and dinner was great, good service too. Able to leave luggage in storage with them which was handy for us

The hotel has a superb location beside the beautiful Arboretum park with the bonus of free access for hotel guests. It is a great place for a walk or run from sunrise to sunset and is filled with meadow, forest and open green spaces with seats as well as friendly small monkeys. The hotel service is friendly and efficient. Rooms have a large storage space for clothes and personal items and comfortable beds. The wifi works very well too and is available all over the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally accommodating with our requests and made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was good as well as there were a lot of different food to choose from. The hotel is next to a Carrefour and shopping malls. Perfect for those looking to stay in Nairobi.
