We came here to spend the first three nights of our trip to Bali. This resort is amazing and was the perfect start to our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa, this was easily the best resort we have stayed in. You are provided a butler and a buggy service to take you around the resort. Beautiful hotel. Amazing details in the lobby. Its massive. Quite a long walk to the front of the hotel, so don't forget anything in your room! Amazing pools and beach. Wouldn't go in the sea though. Beautiful sunrises. Decent air conditioned gym. Breakfast was good, although not the best I've had in Bali. The Indonesian cakes were very nice though.

From the moment we arrived to our departure the service at this hotel was excellent. We cannot praise the staff, cleanliness, comfort & general experience enough. Soulshine was the perfect stop at the end of a hectic business trip to Bali. Hotel grounds are a delight and very quiet. Pool area is a delight, and food is amazing. My wife & I stayed at the Mulia resort for our honeymoon. No upgrade was given and it's clear that the staff have no discretion to go the extra mile for guests. The hotel was great and very clean and tidy throughout. Staff don't speak good English but very friendly and polite. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel. Amazing hotel and lovely experience from arrival to departure. Everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. Great food, from the sumptuous breakfasts to the decadent evening barbecues. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we had the family suite, which includes two separate rooms with shared living area). Staff are attentive and helpful. Restaurants are of a high quality - and priced accordingly. Alternative dining options close by provide good variety. Would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend staying in Ayodya Palace. The service and the people are so lovely. The hotel is huge but not impersonal and the hotel itself is Balinese in style which makes your stay feel more authentic. The grounds are exquisite and there is so much space around the pools and beach area that there is no difficulty getting a sun lounger and a place in the shade. april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection...

All little details were thought about. We were travelling with our 2 month old and 3 year old. We booked a family room. When we arrived the cot and sofa bed were already set up and there was a stair gate at the top of the stairs. The room was equipped with a baby bouncer and baby toiletries, which was a welcome and unexpected surprise. The hotel staff did everything they could to make your stay easy and enjoyable.
