"The air conditioner in our room leaked, and staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, including fixing the a/c, cleaning and drying carpet, and bringing in a staff member’s large personal air purifier as I have mold allergies. The hotel was sold out for the holiday weekend, or they would have given us another room. Also said they’d refund 1 night of our 5 night stay."
