"The hot tub and pools were out of order . also they were updating and rehabbing rooms and floors and had people blasting music, slamming closing doors and sanding walls at 8 AM on a Saturday. "

"This was a 5-star stay except for the checkout. I got to my room at 11:01 to collect my suitcase and had been locked out. When I told the desk clerk that I didn’t think it was right to lock people out, she refused to apologize and said “checkout is at 11.” She then gave me a one-time use key that didn’t work. Luckily the room cleaner recognized me and let me in. My room was at the opposite end of the resort so all this was pretty inconvenient. "

"The room was fairly clean. (I noticed a few spots that could have been cleaned better, but I used to do housekeeping). The hot tub (and the shower) were very clean. We love the hot tub! Roomy and very accessible. Bed and pillows very nice. No coffee maker, but coffee in the lobby. No pool."

"The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random, and the job seemed half-hearted, with snow moved in no particular direction, not even near the walkway. I called the front desk twice and even spoke to an employee in person at 1:30 am, but the situation didn’t improve."
