"Had a great experience overall, Following the Google Maps directions not so easy. Try using Apple Maps instead. Stayed 2 nights, bed was super comfy. Hotel was clean, very beautiful history decor. Only negative I have is the pictures were not accurate, the pictures of the views were misleading. Based on the price in Canadian we paid. In the end, I am happy with the locations. Because it was quiet in the mornings and in the evening. And I will always remember the hotel as we got Engaged there."

"We were very lucky & able to check in early since our room was ready. The man at the front desk was great& his English was easy to understand. Our room had a canal view which was awesome to watch the Gondeliers set up. For check out day the front arranged a water taxi to the train station and he was prompt. It was a plus yo be able to have them pull up to the hotel. The breakfast was huge too & the bar very reasonable. "
