Very modern and lovely hotel, very clean and very comfortable, a short distance from Venice Airport and shuttle service, the only complaint with the shuttle service is that they drop you off in the car park and not outside the terminal, and it’s a fair walk to get to the terminal

Our first time in Venice, and we found this hotel was ideal, situated across the road from the water transport hub. The room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the lagoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food was of good quality, and the hotel was clean throughout.

Fantastic hotel. Perfect location- few minutes to Rialto yet very quiet, off the beaten track. Also easy to get to/from airport (catch alilaguna ferry to Fondamenta Nove for EUR 15 and walk 7-10mins). Friendly staff, especially at breakfast (shoutout to Albert!) and reception. Nice courtyard with hot tub/pool- but be aware that kids only allowed in 11am-2pm. Junior Suite big enough for us as a couple with 1 kid- not lots of unpacking space/drawers/hooks, but not surprising for central Venice....

The room was very good value ..
very spacious and well designed with the traveller in mind cupboards and storage wise, with a fridge and safe in the room.
With windows that actually Opened
We loved the green lighting in shower and bed was very comfy.
We ate in the on site Fox restaurant .. very good burger and chips and good size salad
Great wine list
Opening times were great for late arrivals.
Very close to Tram and bus stop literally behind the hotel....

We stayed at the JW Marriott for 4 days and loved every minute. It's a beautiful, clean hotel 20 minutes by boat shuttle service from Venice. The staff can't do enough to help and never said 'no' to any of our requests. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and looked forward to our breakfast each morning. Sitting outside, looking at the trees and sea in the distance with a crisp fresh croissant and a cappuccino was the perfect start to our day. Food was of a high quality, always hot and fresh....
