"Positives: Our room was bright and immaculately clean. Pillows were meh but the bed was very comfortable. Negatives: The check-in person was rude. Visible signs of wear and tear are everywhere. Furniture and hall carpeting are ancient. Our bathroom door would open and close only with effort. The hotel is just a step removed from being run-down. No amenities other than an exercise room and WiFi. No breakfast, no elevator. This was my first visit to the hotel in at least 10 years and it was thoroughly disappointing."

"Disappointing experience at this Hilton. I stayed at this hotel along with other family members for a family event. Airconditioning was not working anywhere other than hallways (including bedrooms and lobby). I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Room was never cleaned, despite housekeeping being in the hallway when we left at 10am. I agreed to have them send an engineer to the room and they also said they would deliver a fan. It was quite disappointing to return to my room at 11pm, after a long day to find a hot, unmade room with no fan. When I mentioned all of this to the manager at checkout, he offered to refund my for one night’s stay, but said I needed to call Expedia (who I booked through) because they couldn’t make the refund directly. Thankfully, Expedia was great at following up and chasing the hotel for the refund as the manager apparently never made note of the refund. I give the Hilton 2 stars and Expedia 10 stars."

"The hotel just appeared to be old and not well maintained. The common hall was not air-conditioned ad it smelled. The bathroom needed help. Bath tub faucet would not keep prmpetature unless the shower was running I ran hot water in my legs due to cramps, the regulator kept moving until my legs were burning. Tge tub was stained black. I would have never taken a bath in that. No toiletries. The kitchen had no footwear, dishes, glasses etc"

"My recent stay at this property was highly disappointing due to a widespread lack of maintenance and basic cleanliness. Upon entering the room, it was immediately clear that upkeep has been neglected; the walls were dirty and scuffed, and there were physical holes in both the walls and the floor. The provided office chair was old, soiled, and had a hole right through the middle. Additionally, the standard clothing rack on the wall was broken, forcing the use of a separate closet space. The television setup was also incredibly frustrating, requiring three separate remotes to navigate.part of included amenities was wifi which did not work. The bathroom presented even greater issues. While it featured a jetted tub with steam capabilities, the unit was completely broken. The tub also felt unsecure beneath me like i would go straight through the floor beneth me. The sink was leaking, and the shower head was spraying water from the wall connection in what looked like a very poor attempt at a repair—though the water pressure itself was decent. Furthermore, the toilet felt entirely unsecured to the floor, making a very disturbing noise whenever weight shifted off it. To conclude a very uncomfortable stay, I found a small insect in the room. I am currently trying to determine if it was a carpet beetle, tick, or bed bug, which has left me incredibly stressed about accidentally bringing pests into my own home. I will absolutely not be staying here again."
