The room was a good size Location is excellent. Nice coffee shop attached to the hotel and the bar staff did amazing cocktails. Very pleasant start, would definitely book again if I visit Toronto.

Very conveniently located for all major attractions and pickups for third party excursions. Room was spacious and clean and the staff always very courteous.

Terrific

Lovely large and clean room, beds soft and comfy with good pillows. In a really nice and safe area, we walked from union station easily but it’s a small can ride. Lovely view in morning having breakfast over the lake and seeing the planes landing. The gift shop is a real asset too, the guy is really nice and models for you if you ask!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and in good condition. Very close to major attractions, station, harbour and tram stop right outside takes you anywhere else.

Absolutely superb. Loved the hotel and the location, staff however were a level above, they were simply excellent. Definitely returning.

We had a great stay at Cambridge Suites. The size of the rooms and beds were great and we loved having an extra lounge area to chill in. Located close by to all local spots. Check in staff also very friendly.

The Union Hotel is in a perfect location to visit the CN tower, Ripleys Aquarium, the railway museum, restaurants, etc. it’s also only a 5 minute walk from Union railway station for trains to the airport. The hotel is well appointed, very nice inside, felt safe and secure, and had good amenities. The toilets off the reception area can only be accessed by car key and were very clean. After staying here last year and being very impressed was glad that this stay was just as good. Friendly staff, great location and well-maintained rooms. Cleaning was to a high standard. Would definitely stay here if in Toronto again.

The airport shuttle comes if you call them from the airport and everything about the hotel is absolutely fantastic actually and the breakfast is surprisingly fantastic My one reservation is some of the reception staff seemed very unhappy. I think they need to treat them better probably by management.
