Did not get sleep throughout the night because of the chirping birds in the ceiling , front desk called my room in the middle of the night for no reason. When we went to complain they made it seem like I was lying. DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 201

Found man’s dirty shirt in shower no glasses. 2 small disposable coffee cups. 2 towels for 3 ppl. Had to trade dirty towels. No tv remote. Had to go to desk to get it after a half hr wait. Empty food container beside bed. My daughter almost puked! Very uncomfortable stay! Glad it was one night only!

We are not able to rest, the room next door is too loud until 4am and smells weed all night, next morning I told the front desk about the noise and we were not able to slept til 4am but she just laugh.

This place was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t even stay I paid $300 for another hotel I didn’t even want to sit on the bed. I’m trying to get a refund from Expedia but it’s been a nightmare!!!

Very rude management The management was disrespectful as well as having policies that were not published on the website or at the front counter. Well, I was checking in I seen five other customers with the same issues. Once we got up to a room there was damage all the light shades were broken. There was also broken tiles on the Jacuzzi tub broken window. All the wall fixtures were loose and this was a premium king Jacuzzi suite.
