"We highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location and within walking distance to everything. Also, a prime location to connect to other Japan cities and it is extremely convenient location for day tour pick ups."
"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.
"
"What a wonderful hotel! The location was great with lots of eating options nearby and distance to the station. They could improve the breakfast - expensive and not nice. "

10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel. Attractive, good food, onsen baths. "
"A beautiful room at a reasonable price. Proximity to both the local subway lines and the JR line (bullet train) makes this hotel the perfect place to stay. There are a multitude of restaurants available too! Even convenience stores in the train station! I highly recommend this hotel. "
"The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are super spacious and comfortable. The bakery was really great and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel!"
"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."
"Great 3 star hotel , apart hotel. Positioned conveniently close to two stations plus if you are not afraid of walking 2 km, you'll be in Kyoto Station. Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help. Definitely stay again in the future "
