"Lo único que no me gustó fue que a la hora del check out me cobraron un impuesto de $150,000 pesos colombianos que nadie me mencionó durante el proceso de reservación o a la hora del check in. Y también trataron de cobrarme por algunas otras cosas que no pedí. Como comida. Finalmente solo pagué por el impuesto. Pero nada diferente de todos los lugares en Cartagena 😂😂😂"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping kept our room clean everyday, just make sure to leave any tip on the bed or with a note or else they won’t take any cash from your room even if it’s laid out on the table near the bed. The animals is what I loved most about the hotel, all of them were friendly and some of them let you pet them. Overall amazing experience here"

"El hotel está bien. Tiene buenas instalaciones. Me gustó mucho que el cuarto es muy amplio y el baño también. El desayuno es muy variado e incluido en el precio. Lo único malo es que en recepción tuve que esperar bastante tiempo por que no había mucho personal"
