Host was very friendly, very welcoming. Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice. Check-in was really easy. BBV, ideally located, in downtown and convenient for travel hubs.

Nice rooms, well located for the gay area. Breakfast was as chaotic as a Black Friday sale. Survival of the fittest, food disappeared quicker than they could replenish it. Plates the size of coffee cup saucers. They should really implement some kind of time slot booking system.

We had a fantastic stay at St Thomas. A beautiful hotel ,clean and well maintained. The staff were really helpful and friendly . We loved the location ,a short walk to Montreal Old Town and also near a vibrant area with bars and restaurants . A perfect stay for a city break.

Good service and prices

Great location on the edge of Old Montreal and 5 mins walk to the port area. Rooms fantastic with kitchenette area. We booked the king suite which looked out over the main street. The size of the room was superb !

Really lovely, comfortable large room, just as it looked on the website. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location. The only downside was that the WiFi was a bit flaky in our part of the building. Would certainly stay again when we visit Montréal.

Good location- we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Great sized room, the bathroom and shower were fantastic! We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel (not included) and it was excellent and good value. Would definitely recommend!

Spent seven nights here in October and would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and was hoping to leave our luggage but the reception staff offered to check the status of our room and we were able to check in early. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very spacious, the bed was lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very welcome and works very well. The 747 bus stops very close by which...

We had a wonderful stay. Great hotel and great location. Check-in was extremely busy due to a particularly large group checking in and we were briefly concerned that check-in would be slow…HOWEVER, the staff handled it brilliantly and even upgraded our room as an apology (they upgraded us to a presidential suite, which more than exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t have been happier). Nice, modern hotel, friendly staff and great food

Away from the city centre, but room was quiet, well appointed (including an iMac on the desk), soft bed and clean enough to pass for new. Good breakfast, in a clean bright environment. Staff were caring (offering water on a hot day) and very helpful - including a list of recommended eateries locally in the suburbs. Would use again.

Hotel was as advertised and beautiful. Central location made it all the easier to see the city, staff were excellent too

The staff in the lobby reception were amazing. So friendly so helpful they could not have been nicer. There was one young lady yesterday at around 10:30 am 13th September who was quite exceptional. I spoke to her a lot over the course of my stay and she deserves special recognition and my thanks!
