"Perfect spot, restaurant was delicious"

"Hotel is close to the downtown area (Times Square is a few train stops away) which is great. The room was clean and quiet and suited my needs well. The restaurant onsite is comparable to any of the restaurants in the city. Food was great and not too expensive. Parking garage is a half a block away on the same side as the hotel and they are open 24/hours so that was great. Best to park there and take the train or walk to ur destination instead. Only issue we had was during my stay the shower started to slowly drain after every shower and the number plate in the middle of the hallways to direct you to what side ur room is located fell off the wall. Management was notified and they immediately sent someone to address our concerns."

"The team here is extremely attentive and very thorough. They got me checked in swiftly, explaining the amenities and how to access them. My room was clean and the AC worked. During my stay the weather was nice, so I was able to crack the windows open for some fresh air. Additionally, they delivered a tea kettle to my room with tea bags and all. The complimentary breakfast was okay. They had solid oatmeal options, yogurt, and fruits. They had tea and coffee which I didn't try."

"The outstanding features of the hotel are the staff and location. The hotel itself was good plus. There are minor things, such as the lounge furniture suffering from white glove neglect and the window seals (at least in our room) allowing cold air in and resulting in an annoying draft. "

"Pluses: 1. The location was accessible to restaurants and public transport. 2. The size of the rooms is good enough for a family of four. We didn't stay in the room other than for sleep, so the space was not a big deal, but if you are looking for a room to relax, this won't be the right choice, but for NYC, this is good enough. 3. The bed was really good, I turn around a lot in sleep, my spouse didn't feel it. It was really comfortable. Minor minuses: 1. The complaint we had was that there was no water for a brief few hours the next day of our arrival. We checked in late at night, due to the water shutoff, we had to get ready early to avoid being stuck for long. This was not notified when we checked in by the staff; we almost missed the notice in the room until my kid picked it up and tried to read it. 2. The AC didn't work that well to circulate air. I left the window open a bit,t but it was 40's outside, so we shut it off. The exhaust in the bathroom didn't work either. Except for these minor inconveniences, the stay was ok to roam NYC."
