"As someone who travels a lot, this hotel was quite impressive, so much we returned for one last night before flying home. From the moment you arrive, the staff is attentive and helpful. Check in is quick and easy. I like the security of knowing you can only access your floor with your key. The pool and pool bar amazing. The restaurant and bar on 32 floor amazing. Didn't use the fitness area but looked great. Most memorable is the breakfast buffet. So much variety in choice and flavors. The whole property was beautiful. The room was so spacious, clean and the view is amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable of all the rooms we stayed in over a month in Thailand. Turn down service was great. Complimentary items in the fridge was a nice amenity. 24 hour room service a plus. Free boat to shopping area was also a great amenity. 711 nearby was a great great perk. What made this hotel even more special was the staff. Every single person that works there is friendly and helpful in any way possible. Met the general manager outside and had a nice conversation. He was very friendly and open and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. Just can't say enough about this hotel. I have never wanted to return somewhere simply for the opportunity to stay at a specific hotel, but this hotel experience makes me look forward to my return to Thailand. "
