Amazing place! Decor is lovely and breakfast was great. We had one night here as part of a trip travelling round the area. Location off the inn is within super close walking distance to the town. Easy parking outside. Lovely little touches in amenities and the room that make you feel very welcome and looked after! Would recommend people to book

Luey and Norris (aka the Cowboy Innkeeper) are so sweet and charming. We felt right at home. Having Luey making breakfast while talking and laughing was so heartwarming and the food was incredible. The room we had was wonderful and unbelievably clean. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property, very well located in town, beside an excellent winery tasting room. Lovely owners, spacious room and very spacious bathroom. Delicious gelato was a lovely additional touch. Thoroughly recommend this property if you’re in Fredericksburg

A wonderful stay from start to finish! We were so well looked after by Richard the owner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and generous of his time spent with guests. The breakfast cooked from scratch each day by Logan was absolutely wonderful. We have never experienced service and hospitality like it! This is a wonderful place to stay. We arrived during a bad storm which had knocked out the power so there was no lighting. We were provided with torches and candles but actually spent the evening with the owners of the property in their lovely lounge area lit with candles. Our poolside room was beautiful, full off character, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had a big bath with an overhead shower. Breakfast was plentiful. We had eggs and bacon and waffles with fruit - more than enough...
