Very characterful but be prepared for stairs and steep slopes

Great apartment, clean and good size, very comfortable for family of 2 adults and 2 children. Would recommend to anyone staying in Heraklion. Easy access to centre and bus to Knossos.

We had a town view room but it was still lovely. and the room was nice and bright.The breakfast was very rich, enough to fill your eyes. Also a lovely restaurant and bar. The service was very considerate and the staff were fantastic. Also the hotel itself provided excellent arranged day trips all over the island for a small fee, where we were collected from the hotel. If we go back to Iraklion again we will stay at this hotel AGAIN. Within walking distance, or a short bus ride, either a tour...

Really friendly welcome even though we were late arriving. Rooms are stylish, modern and clean. We only stayed one night as we were moving to a resort the next day but would definitely visit again.

Lovely , well appointed spacious room Staff charming

This is a new hotel. Room was lovely - huge with beautiful views and a private hot tub on the very large balcony. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We were the only guests and were very well looked after.first rate Cretian breakfast. Bed linen changed after two days. We used their Taverna in the evenings. I would say a car is a must. The olive oil,wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic. Loved the modern design and well equipped room. Convenient location, only an easy twenty minute walk to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within 2 minutes of the hotel. Easy ten minute walk to catch direct local bus to Knossos, you don't need an expensive tour bus, as I went for the eight am opening to miss the crowds and had left by ten am when all the tour busses turn up.

Fantastic, peaceful stay in the centre of the old town. Quick and friendly check in, lovely temperature in the room and super comfy bed. Would’ve liked water in the room.

Excellent property and service as always!

The ground floor apartment has a courtyard and hotub. The suite was super clean. Both reception and cleaning staff were really helpful. There are shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The beach is about 30 mins walk away head to the port and walk right along the front. Would definitely book this property again
