WiFi is good, the room is large with lots of plug ports & a good sized bathroom.
Breakfast had a wide selection of fruit, salad, hot items, pastries, fruit juice, hot drinks & more.
The pool is large but not heated so can be chilly.
A lovely one night stay. "

A special shout out to Stelios, who prepared an awesome continental breakfast for us since we had to leave so early (0430). We scrambled to make our flight so having some good food in us was greatly appreciated. THANKS STELIOS!!!! We look forward to our next trip to Crete and chance to stay at the Asterion."

"Very responsive host and the remarkably clean and organized hotel room with secured/easy access was conveniently located in the city center near the Herakleion port.
Restaurants and shopping district within walking distance. The host guided me through greatly with finding a parking spot which I appreciate very much. Coffee, tea, a small bottle of ouzo & other assortments were kindly accommodated, such sensible gestures added a wonderful memory to my experience in the famous greek hospitality....
