"Great location on a quiet and clean road with short walk to shopping and museums. Property is tucked away from road with a beautiful outdoor garden with table and chairs to enjoy a coffee, a drink, or to eat. Our apartment #3 was very well appointed with a classic style and multiple windows for light and fresh air. Bed was super comfortable. Host was very welcoming and attentive. We felt fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to stay in such a busy city."

"We booked our stay months in advance of our trip. Yet when we arrived at 11pm at night (my wife, I, 2 children and the Mother In Law we were told the room wasn’t ready(?!) and they would have to put another bed in a different room so we could all fit in. That led to a half hour delay (not welcome at that time of night with young children) and worse still we would have to move rooms the next day…hotel is good for a city centre location, but that really poor start left a bad taste in the mouth…."

"We stayed at what is advertised as a 2 bedroom family room, but basically it is 1 room with a hole in the middle for TV connected to a lounge with two beds. There is only one aircon so the people sleeping in the room will be ok but the people in the lounge may be hot during the night (that is what my children said). The room was clean. The best is the location as walkung distance to all the sights in Heraklion and 12 minyte walk to the Archaelogical museum We stayed for one night as we had another accommodation in the island but wanted to visit Knossos and the museum. It is great and convenient for a night or two. It has a car park that charges 10 euros for 24 hours, which is ok priced for Crete. The staff was welcoming and helpful The breakfast was ok. At 111 pounds for one night for four people, it was a bargain."
