"We arrived there much earlier than we expected and the staff was so helpful in getting us get a room earlier. The staff overall are very friendly. Also the daily breakfast was delicious! Our stay at Castello was great- from the location to the room, to the service!"
Galaxy Hotel Iraklio

"We booked our stay months in advance of our trip. Yet when we arrived at 11pm at night (my wife, I, 2 children and the Mother In Law we were told the room wasn’t ready(?!) and they would have to put another bed in a different room so we could all fit in. That led to a half hour delay (not welcome at that time of night with young children) and worse still we would have to move rooms the next day …hotel is good for a city centre location, but that really poor start left a bad taste in the mouth…."
