Arrived to a fantastic welcome , nothing was too much trouble . Rooms were large and bright and loved the quirkiness of it being an old department store . Area around the hotel had great bars abs restaurants . Breakfast was complimentary and a lovely bonus . Chocolate shop near by is definitely worth a visit , although you do get a lovely bit on the turn down service

We arrived at 11.30pm and staff were so kind and helpful. The room was large with two beds and we simply had a coffee and slept. Their breakfast was one of the best we enjoyed during the two weeks of travel.
