"The room decor is dated, and needs to be upgraded. The air conditioner probably needs a filter change because the room smelled musty. The mattress cover under the sheet had a large brown dirt streak on it where I could see it when the fitted sheet started to come off the corner. You can hear your neighbors talking in the rooms around you and when they use the water the pipes squeal through your room. On the positive side, it's close to the freeway, it's cheap, it's located by restaurants and stores, and it was near to where my sister and brother in law were staying in their 5th wheel camper so i could easily go to the lake and hang out with them during the day and was just using the room to sleep at night. Since I wasn't using the room as my primary place to spend my days, it was fine."

"I made a reservation at this hotel for three nights. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had a very strong marijuana odor, and I had to request a room change. I was then moved to a room on another floor, but that room had a strong mold and mildew smell. Despite the unpleasant odor, I decided to stay. My son is an athlete and needs to swim every day as part of his training, but the pool was closed during our stay. This was never disclosed to me before making the reservation. Additionally, the gym only had four machines, and three of them were out of service. The breakfast selection was also very limited, offering only three options. I frequently stay at Hilton properties and have never experienced anything like this before. Due to the poor room conditions and overall lack of service, I was unable to complete my planned three-night stay and checked out after the second night. To this day, the hotel has refused to refund the unused final night, even though I left because of the unacceptable conditions and poor service. I have never written a negative review about a hotel before, but in this case, I could not overlook the experience."
