It’s not as if there’s a giant parking garage on very expensive real estate. It’s a giant open parking lot that has been there for decades. "The sidewalks outside had an stale odor. It was so stink in the elevator that it was had to breathe while inside. The door to my room wasn't stable, could see light shining in around its frame. The floor inside of the room displayed blue tape around the tiles. The air conditioner constantly shut off regardless of the settings. Wasn't allowed to sit inside of the lobby after my stay, while I waited for my taxi."
