"The room had hair on the bathroom walls from the previous guest. Not in the shower. On the wall next to the sink and not a little either. There was trash from the previous guest under the bed. When we were checking out with a baby, a service dog and enough stuff for an 11 hour move we were told to move our car RUDELY from the awning so the shuttle could park up front which also didn’t leave and nobody was on when we left the property. Not impressed."

"This property was ok to stay for one night. The pull down shade in the window didn’t work so the room couldn’t be darkened during sleep. The breakfast was good and they had Almond milk available for people who didn’t drink whole milk."

"Parking is up a hill and not particularly convenient. The front desk clerk at check-in was friendly and helpful. Not many restaurants nearby without getting back into heavy Atlanta traffic. The clerk at checkout was just...strange. I said "hello" to her when I approached the desk and she just stared at me. A minute or two into the checkout I asked if she knew where I could get a cup of ice, and she ignored me for several seconds. No response, nothing. After about a 30 second delay she just walked away. I watched her go to the restaurant and get a cup of ice, confirming that she had, indeed, heard me. I wasn't expecting her to go get the ice for me; I was simply wanting to know where I could get some. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she has social issues. Whatever was going on in her life, she needs to learn how to be more personable and professional if she's going to be dealing with the public."
