"My room was in bad shape. Light over desk didn’t work. No coffee in room and worse, toilet was broken(broken chain) so it ran incessantly thru the night. I reported it on my way to work event at 7am, and when I came back at noon to check out it still hadn’t been addressed. Unpleasant stay "

"I very much enjoyed my birthday weekend here at Sonesta! Lovely staff, beautiful property, and a very gracious gift from the hotel! The only issue I had over my birthday weekend was the waitress Imani from the Chattahoochee Grille who was hostile after over charging me but everything turned out perfect! Thank you to those who made this a wonderful weekend for me!"

"Staff was very kind and seemingly helpful. Unfortunately we’re not prepared. They had a laundry room yet no quarters. They offered water upon checking yet none available. They offer breakfast daily, yet pick up 30 min prior to the time it’s offered. We had dirty sheets at arrival and a broken king bed. But we accommodated. Overall good value stay. Sadly not Hilton standards were used to."
