"The airport shuttle was convenient. Driver was helpful. Hotel staff was helpful. No complimentary breakfast. Daily parking cost is extreme."

"There was old food on the mini fridge that smelled, asked the front desk about it and they said clearing staff left already. Asked can someone come pick it up if I bagged it, I was unable to open it without the room smelling spoiled. They said they would send someone. I bagged the trash and left it on the exterior door knob like requested and put my dinner leftovers inside the fridge. Woke up the next day and the bag was still on the door knob when I checked out. Overall staff interactions were pleased, just displeased with cleanliness of the room itself. "

"At first, the hotel seemed fine. Basic, but suitable for our needs. But, there were signs. The first was that a woman was demanding a refund when I was checking in. Second, the gates to the parking lot were difficult to operate and no staff were assisting the guests to operate it. The next morning I found a fingernail on the bathroom floor (not ours). Someone had spit on the floor of the elevator. The coffee in the lobby was awful. The desk clerk barely looked at me when I checked out. Apparently, I was bothering her and interrupting a conversation she was having. So, I'm afraid I can't recommend this hotel, especially sincer there are a number of other options nearby."
