"Everything was great"

"The front desk person was nice and helpful. However, the shuttle at night from the airport to the hotel was atrocious. I waited for an hour and it never showed while other hotels in the area had their shuttles come 3 times in the same time frame. I eventually gave up and took a taxi. I chose your hotel because of the free shuttle to save money when I was stranded in Atlanta due to a canceled flight."

"All of the staff were amazing, especially the two ladies at the front desk. We had an issue with the toilet and they were going to change rooms for us but maintenance was able to get ours fixed. We enjoyed our stay and felt like we were in a safe place."
