"I will never go to that hotel again very bad service. The carpet was soaking wet from the hallway to the windows in my room. It smelled bad and they would not trade my room. I left a day early. The butter for the food was very cold and no one would allow you to use their microwave. They had grits that was impacts to make how are we supposed to fix the grits for breakfast and you can’t use a microwave for it unbelievable could not find a cart for the luggage. The front desk lady said you have to go on all the floors to look for one very nonchalant the Night Shift guy that was there when we checked in 11 o’clock the night we were supposed to check in p.m. never said anything about praying for your pet the next morning. A lady told me I had to pay $75 for my dog unbelievable never again. "

"The staff was friendly. The room wasn't very clean. Breakfast was good and the gym has what I needed. Check in was delayed because our rooms weren't ready. I wish the "kitchen" had some supplies. Staying for a week in a suite and there's nothing available and the mini fridge is MINI - without a freezer. Limits the ability to keep things in the room during our stay."

"The rooms were not at advertised in the pictures. The lobby was clean and smelled good. Up stairs was terrible. The smell of weed and food. We booked a Queen room and ended up with double beds. Mold in the bathroom and bleach stains on the carpet. "

"Clean room ameneties were good, staff was good but i thought they could have been more informative did not tell me when checkout was or point me to any ameneties on the property, did not even tell me where my room was he just handed me the key. I had to ask which way to go.The worst part was the bed! My wife is sore and says she feels like she slept in a ditch on her side of the bed. It was a very big dip in bed in room 101. Also my room TV said welcome Robert, my name is not Robert. Rooms on the ground level have no porch or balcony which i was exspecting to have, i asked to change rooms because i wanted the porch with balcony chairs and table but you cant get that on ground floor and there were "no more rooms available" To be fair my cousin and aunt stayed in 2 other rooms and had no complaints."
